Our Terms & Conditions
ORDERING: Payment is due in full at time of ordering. If any change orders occur and there is a price increase to original order that difference is due at time of change order. We accept CASH or LOCAL CHECKS for payment. GWPM offers the following discounts:
- 5% discount for paying with cash
- 5% discount for repeat/loyal customers
- Any discounts or promotions which may or may not be used in combination with above discounts, may be subject to restrictions. Check with GWPM at time of ordering.
Any orders left unclaimed or not picked up after 30 days of notification of completion will be considered abandoned, any all monies or payments forfeited.
SHIPPING: GWPM can deliver locally with its own delivery trucks. ALL deliveries will be charged a delivery fee. Delivery fees will vary depending on location, call GWPM for quote. Out of state orders or orders that must use a common carrier will be the responsi-bility of the customer. We will assist customer in any way we can with the shipping of these orders.
WARRANTY: If any rough sawn lumber product, standard moulding or millwork product is found to be defective and or not satisfactory, return the item(s) to GWPM for a free re-placement (current lead times may apply).
We will NOT offer any warranty on any custom or specialty item.
We will NOT offer any warranty on any product that has obvious water and/or moisture damage or that has been obviously misused or mistreated outside of in-dustry norms.
