• 500bf minimum or $100 minimum charge
• Maximum pass is 3/8” (hardwood or softwood)
• More than 3/8” per pass will be equal to a double charge
• No. 2 Common or lower grades is $500/mbf

 

NOTE: All surfacing will require sanding before finishing

 

Sanding (Widebelt)

• $75.00 minimum charge
• $75.00 per/hr

 

Ripping (4/4 through 8/4)

SLR1E

• 200/mbf
• 500bf or $100 minimum charge

 

GANG

• $250/mbf
• 500bf minimum or $125 minimum charge

 

Moulder (S4S and Mouldings. Prices based on 1,000 lf minimum order)

Rip and Run

• $0.40 / lf up to a 4” width
• $0.50 / lf with a width between 4 1/16” and 5 15/16” width
• $0.65 / lf with a width between 6” and 8 1/4"
• Extra-wide mouldings? Please call for a quote
• We carry most industry “standard” profiles in stock
• Custom profiles will require a custom knife charge

 

Resawing

• UP TO 12” WIDTH
• $0.35 PER LINEAL FOOT/ PER PASS
• $100 MINIMUM/SET-UP
